Educational Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BTech/MCA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 0–2 years in cloud operations or system administration.
• Hands-on skills in Windows/Linux administration (IIS/JBoss).
• Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing.
• Good communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Ability to document technical changes and processes clearly.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure system uptime and reliability in a 24x5x365 support environment.
• Execute daily operational tasks and follow standard processes.
• Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill service requests, and assist with project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-availability, mission-critical systems.
• Generate documentation for technical changes, automation tasks, and operational procedures.
• Support ERP systems, workflow engines, and other enterprise-level applications.
• Mentor and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Infor applications is an added advantage.
• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Active Directory, IIS/Tomcat, Databases, and ERP systems.
• Previous experience in client-facing support or customer service roles.
