Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
• Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Work with logistics and production scheduling teams to plan timely deliveries.
• Track orders and update customers on progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all orders.
• Resolve exceptions and discrepancies in orders efficiently.
• Perform system updates with the latest order-related data.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently as well as within a team to meet organizational goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in order management is desirable.
• Aerospace or heavy manufacturing industry background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility in working hours.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
