Key Responsibilities

• Update candidate databases based on various eligibility and interest parameters.
• Contact candidates to schedule assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate with applicants for submission of documents related to offer letters and loan processes.
• Assist with onboarding activities, scheduling, and coordination with different teams.
• Support recruitment, counselling, and HR-related activities as assigned by managers.
